Rules on e – Ticket Purchase and Usage
The object of the rules covers the services offered by the aqua park and its partners that can be purchased via electronic trading system at (hereinafter referred to as – “System”).
The ticket of “Vichy” Aqua Park purchased by the buyer via the system (hereinafter referred to as – e – Ticket provides the buyer with the same rights and opportunity to use the services referred to following the same procedures as well as other ways relating to the ticket or tickets of “Vichy” aqua park obtained or to be obtained.
The rules herein define the e – Ticket purchase, payment, expiration, and other issues related to the e – Ticket. These rules supplement valid internal regulations of “Vichy” Aqua Park, but do not replace them.
The Parties of these rules on e – Ticket purchase and sale are UAB “Vandens parkas” (hereinafter referred to as – Vandens parkas) and the natural or legal person who has purchased e – Ticket (hereinafter referred to as – the Buyer).
In each case, the Buyer confirms that before buying the services via System, he has closely familiarized himself with each of the terms of service provision and general e – Ticket procurement rules and completely agrees with them.

1. Procedures Related to e-Ticket Purchase.
1.1. The price of each service in the System is provided separately, together with a description of the service referred to therein.
1.2. By purchasing an e-Ticket the Buyer must:
• familiarize himself with the product description and terms of its provision;
• fill in the personal information in column “Personal data”;
• pay for the e-Ticket in system Mokė by chosen payment method.
2. Expiry Date of e-Ticket and Terms of Its Use.
2.1. E-Ticket shall be valid immediately after it has been sent to the Buyer by e-mail at the address indicated by the Buyer in the column “Personal Data”. The Buyer can use the e-Ticket the same day as soon as has received it by email.
2.2. In order to use e-Ticket, it is necessary present at the box office of Aqua Park (telephone or printed).
2.3. E-Ticket for standard (which are not subject to any special promotions) tickets of Aqua Park shall be valid for 12 months from the date of its purchase. E-Ticket for the tickets of Aqua Park which are subject to special promotions and special offers shall be valid for the period specified in the descriptions of special promotions and special offers. E-Ticket validity period shall be stated in the e-Ticket that the Client has received by the e-mail shortly after the payment.
2.4. The validity period of e – Ticket for standard (which is not subject to any special promotions) tickets of Aqua Park may be extended. Extension fee for 1 month is 3 EUR. The fee shall be paid to the box office of Aqua Park before using the services mentioned in the e – Ticket.
2.5. The validity period of e – Ticket of the tickets of Aqua Park which are subject to special promotions and special offers shall not be extended sustaining to the procedure referred to in subsection 2.4. of the following rules herein if it is referred to the description of the service that is purchased by e – Ticket. In this case, the final of expiry date of e – ticket is indicated on the e – Ticket itself.
2.6. E – Ticket shall be irrecoverable and shall not be changed into cash unless the Buyer and the Aqua Park have agreed otherwise in every single case.
2.7. E -Ticket can be replaced with another ticket of the same category of service, i.e. choosing additional time period for service provision, or choosing any additional bath areas. In this case the Client has to pay extra difference between the e – Ticket and the value of selected services. This client can make a water park at the box office prior to entering the water park.
3. Buyer’s Rights.
3.1. To transfer of the e-Ticket purchased on own behalf with the rights granted to third parties and to ensure and guarantee that the person to whom the rights are transferred, has been properly informed about the e – Ticket purchase and sale and other rules.
3.2. To use the services indicated in e – Ticket.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Aqua Park.
4.1. To refuse to provide services if the Buyer has provided false, incomplete, misleading or partial information during the e-Ticket acquisition.
5. Duties of Aqua Park.
5.1. To make every effort to ensure the e-Ticket services are provided to the Buyer during the entire e-Ticket validity period.
5.2. To observe the confidentiality and data protection requirements.
6. Rules on Data Presentation.
6.1. During the purchase of e-Ticket the Buyer must provide complete and accurate data required by the System.
6.2. The Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided. If the Buyer has provided false, inaccurate, misleading or partial data, the risk related to inadequate purchase of e-Ticket shall fall to the Buyer.
6.3. The Buyer shall provide the Aqua Park with gratuitous right to use the information provided by him/her only and just to the extent that it is required for the provision of Services indicated in the e -Ticket. This law applies to e-ticketing services specified in the grant or e-ticket expiry date.
6.4. The Buyer has given his consent (consent shall be granted by ticking the appropriate box in the System), the Aqua Park shall have the right to use the data provided by the Buyer for sending of the news, promotions and other information of the Aqua Park, which would be addressed to the Buyer.
7. Confidentiality.
7.1. The Aqua Park shall undertake to keep confidential and not to disclose the data of the Buyer to third parties (other than third parties providing services when it is necessary in order to ensure proper and timely provision of services indicated in the e- Ticket). These obligations shall not apply when the disclosure of Buyer’s data is required in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Other Terms and Conditions.
8.1. VAT invoices shall not be issued to legal entities according to Article 3 of the Law on Value Added Tax (Official Gazette, 2002, No 35-1271)
